PIRELLI Tires are HORRIBLE - WORST Customer Service from Pirelli - DO Not Stand By Their Product
Review for Pirelli P Zero PZ4 Sport 235/40R19XL 96Y BSW originally posted on tires-easy.com
"Purchased these tires in July. After 5,000 and rotation it seemed there was premature wear. At 7,000 miles started roaring. By 9,000 miles these were making such loud noise you couldn't hear in the cab of the car and now the tires are completely worn out to tread indicator depth! Called Pirelli and they told me that I could take them to Honda dealer for submittal of a manufacturer defect warranty, but I would only get prorated money back based on tread depth to 2/32. Since the tires are worn out to 2/32 after 9,000 miles, I would get nothing even if they determined a manufacturer defect. CAN'T stress enough to stay away from these and ALL Pirelli Tires!! Horrible customer service by Pirelli, they had no interest in helping me. Told me that these are sport tires and that is all they last. Tires Easy did not answer my request for customer service."
