Shipping and Delivery Options

When you enter your zip code, shipping rates and time in transit estimates will be calculated. Once you decide which tire is right for you, you can choose between three delivery options:

  1. Your tires can be delivered to a local installer, which you can choose during the checkout process. You can pick an installer based on your zip code proximity, and schedule an appointment to have your tires installed.

  2. Your tires can be delivered directly to your billing address.

  3. Your tires can be delivered to an alternate address. In this case, please specify the delivery address and the person authorized to receive the tires on your behalf.

Some larger tires must ship via FedEx Freight in order to have the proper tools for the drivers to unload and deliver the tires. These are typically large mud tires, construction or farm tires and large commercial truck tires.If you are delivering to a commercial address there is no extra charge, however if you have the tires delivered to a home address FedEx is adding a $100 fee for delivery.

You will receive an e-mail confirmation of the transaction when you place your order. Please save a printed copy of your order confirmation for your records. Once your tires ship, you will receive another email notification of the shipment.

Tire Delivery Options

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are available on tires after setting your delivery zip code. Tires ship via FedEx Ground and the shipment times are an ESTIMATE of time-in-transit days according to the shipping destination you selected. Tires are delivered Monday - Saturday, and FedEx does not pick up orders on weekends or certain holidays. Once the tires are picked up, the time-in -transit estimate begins. If you place your order Friday afternoon, or on the weekend, your tires it will not ship until the following week. Depending on when you place your order, there may be one, possibly two days of processing time. Shipping delivery times can be impacted by weather events across the country.

Large tires will be delivered via FedEx Freight, and will incur an additional $100 fee for home delivery addresses. To avoid the additional delivery fee please input a commercial or business delivery address.

Out of Stock Merchandise

We make every attempt to provide accurate inventory levels on our website. Occasionally we are out of stock and have to cancel your order. In these instances, you will be notified by e-mail. We may also provide an alternative tire option for your consideration.

Home Delivery and Order Tracking

We ship all tires with end Fed Ex. You will receive confirmation by e-mail when you place an order, and a second e-mail when your tires are shipped, with a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment.

Delivering outside the United States

We currently do not ship tires outside the United States.

Coupons

Giga Tires only accepts coupons authorized by Giga Tires. Unfortunately there are coupon websites that post outdated and/or false coupons. We cannot honor such coupons. Return/Refund Policy

You can buy tires with confidence from Giga-Tires. We will accept returns up to 45 days after delivery of the tires. If you are not happy with the tires for any reason, return them to us for a full refund and the shipping is on us. Please contact our Customer Service department by e-mail to info@giga-tires.com, or call us at 866-943-4442 to initiate the return. Do not return any tires directly to our office, as they will not be accepted without a return authorization number and prior notice of the return.

Handling fees cover essential services, including quality assurance checks to ensure your tires meet our standards, secure packaging to protect your order during shipment, and warehouse management to efficiently process and store your products.
