Nika Avatar Tires
Nika Avatar is an all-season performance tire that fits most passenger vehicles. It features large zig-zag grooves and circumferential grooves that help to evacuate water away from the tire’s tread and reduce the risk of hydroplaning. The horizontal grooves and sipes, according to Nika, create a “squeegee” effect that contributes to more water evacuation, while multiple pitch/phase variation and constant contact design promote the quieter ride. Its asymmetric tread pattern with “Dual Nature” technology can be mounter for either dry cornering performance or wet snow performance. This does not affect straight-line acceleration and maintains excellent braking ability.
